Sorry for the lateness of Nick's Captains this week - with work and my burgeoning DIY career DT has taken a bit of a backseat this week. This doesn't mean I dont have a BLOCKBUSTER or 2 up my sleeve for the first round of finals this week though!
Ok last week our boys did well:
Watmough - 77
Gallen - 110
Hindmarsh - 65
Fitzgibbon - 74
Hannant - 59 (injured)
Also note Hayne with an 80!!!
This week the captains are just based on hunches - no time for research sorry. Top 5 + roughies for this week are:
1 - Hayne - playing the Warriors he will carve them up - 100+ game lock it in!
2 - Farah - playing the Sharks - he will put on tries (note the new #7 for the Tigers, thus Farah will take control more often) - big game
3 - Gallen - nuff' said
4 - Hindmarsh - also, nuff' said
5 - Stagg - 97 last week and look for him to have a big one this week also
Expect big scores from Zeb Taia, Tronc, Laffranchi and co. this week. Also look out for Heighington - he's back in the run-on this week and should score well. I think it will be a high scoring week - there will be some 1200+ scores this week!!

I'm gonna stick with D Stagg this week although Lafrranchi or Tronc are tempting
ReplyDeleteHindmarsh has been my 1st choice captain these last few months because of his consistancy but you usually lose that 120+ chance that you can get with a Laffrachi or Watmough or another powerful 2nd row linebreak weapon like Tupou perhaps.
ReplyDeleteLove this page, its great help. And can someone help explain how someone with the linebreak power and trytime speed and footwork plus more of Frank Pritchard isnt getting the DT points to be considered one of those 2nd row weapons. Thanks
