Dear Ninja, I am experiencing some troubles at work with exclusion bullying. A lot of the people I work with are a lot younger than me and they all get lunch together and socialize together after work. They invited me along the first couple of times but it stopped after that and I feel intentionally left out. I feel like they are talking about me and laughing behind my back. Is there anything I can do?
Well Thomas. This is a classic case of exclusion bullying at the workplace. And believe me it can lead to bad things. I went to a school in a rough area and there was this one angry hedgehog named Brodie. Brodie was skinny and had homosexual tendencies and liked to collect pubes from the toilet seats in the cubicles. The boys would call him Homo. Brodie always said he had some plans, that one day he would burn the school down and shoot all the sh!theads that went there. These feelings built up inside Brodie and day after day the messages on his myspace became more and more disturbing. One day the boys played football in the park behind H Block and used Brodie as the ball. You should’ve seen him. Was hilarious! He was all curled up!
